3D Owl for Cricut Design Space

This owl was part of a 3D “low poly” project set for Cricut’s Design Space platform. I designed it with Cricut users in mind, so that anyone with a machine would be able to make it themselves.
I helped determine the content of the set and trained other artists on the team in the process. The owl became one of the most cut projects on the platform, and took off on social media.

As a personal project, I wanted to create a small environment to display the owl. I carefully modeled out the branch and strung up snowflakes in the background of the scene.
